PRODUCT REFUND/EXCHANGE/BUY BACK AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Product Exchange

Lerrox is the Manufacturer or vendor of products selling by lerrox, we warrants quality of Lerrox products and also we can exchange any of our defective/damaged products. Anyone from our customer who is returning a damaged or defective product to Lerrox must have the valid reason for Return.

The main goal or purpose of Lerrox and its associated brand affiliates is to sell useful and quality products to our customers. If a customer of lerrox or brand affiliate of lerrox desires to return lerrox sold products, then we have the following refund, policy will apply to lerrox customers, members and brand affiliates:

We have two types of offers to sale our products.

  • In first type of offer we are selling single/multiple products according to customers/member choice and the profit distribute as per our business model.
  • In second type of offer we have made some special packages of fix amount where we sale products and the profit distribute as per our business model. Any member who take interest and want to purchase our package can purchase it, for this we provide special package code called PIN to member.
  • Member can order/book single or multiple pin according to its need and requirement; we are not making any pressure/target for this. Members are totally free to purchase pin. Packages related to pin deliver by lerrox.
  • All PINs Purchase by member will consider as advance booking and whenever member sale that pin any other member or used self package will deliver.

LERROX Retail Customers

If for any reason a retail customer is dissatisfied with any of the products purchased through lerrox directly, then unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product guarantee, we will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund on the returned product

  • if the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date, and
  • Regardless of whether the product has been used by customer, is available on stock or available for resalable.
  • The customer is responsible for the all the cost of returning the product.

Customer should complete All Dissatisfied or Returned Products List and apply for the refund along with the original sales receipt. All retail customers must be provided with two copies of an official Sales Receipt at the time of the sale.

LERROX Paid Customers/Members

Lerrox Provides some packages of fix products make by lerrox to its member on which profit distribute to member. Lerox also sale products which are not in any package to its member on which profit distribute to member also.

Customers/members who order directly to lerrox from our officially point of sale like website or stores or brand affiliates, upto 100 percent, 30-day, money back guarantee on their product order.

If for any reason a our Customer/member is dissatisfied with our product, he/she may return that product to the Company within thirty (30) days for replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price.

  • One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the product purchased from lerrox to its member if the returned/resend product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within thirty (15) days from the order date.
  • Ninety percent (40%) of the purchase price of the product purchased from lerrox to its member if the returned/resend product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within twelve (30) days from the order date.

LERROX Brand Affilates/Stores/Franchisee

  • One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the product purchased from lerrox to its member if the returned/resend product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within thirty (10) days from the order date.
  • Ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price of the product purchased from lerrox to its member if the returned/resend product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within Twenty (20) days from the order date.
  • You may only return the products you personally purchased from lerrox. we does not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return. In order for Lerrox to correctly back out the applicable bonuses on returned products, you must show original copy of sales invoices. You must also provide the sales details at when you apply for a refund. You may have also return all individual products purchased by you as part of a kit or package of lerrox.
